How we work

More than a loan match. A full-service lending team.

Small Business Lending, Inc. does not simply collect a lead and pass it to a lender. Our experienced small business banking team works directly with borrowers and referral partners to develop a financeable request and guide it through the lending process.

We evaluate the transaction, analyze cash flow and repayment ability, identify the appropriate loan structure, organize the financial package, and present the request through our wholesale, correspondent, and national lender relationships. Once a lender is engaged, our team remains involved—coordinating questions, documents, credit requirements, and closing steps.

  • Initial credit and eligibility review
  • Cash-flow and debt-service analysis
  • Loan structuring and lender strategy
  • Underwriting and package preparation
  • Professional lender presentation
  • Hands-on support through closing
Loan programs

Three core financing platforms. One experienced team.

We evaluate each transaction across our correspondent, wholesale, and national lender relationships. Our role extends far beyond introducing a borrower to a lender.

Our banking team helps develop the structure, analyze cash flow, prepare the request, present it to the appropriate lending source, coordinate underwriting, and work through closing.

Why Small Business Lending

Experienced bankers. Full-service loan execution.

We are not an automated loan marketplace, a lead-generation platform, or a document-only packaging company. We are experienced small business bankers who remain involved throughout the financing process.
