Founded in 1982 by Wayne Evans, Small Business Lending has provided both lenders and borrowers with expertise in government and conventional small business financing. Over the years Wayne has offered loan packaging and consulting to lenders and borrowers as well as consulted with numerous banks starting their SBA departments.
